What Is SAFE WATCH?

SAFE WATCH is a proposed community-based Human Trafficking and Domestic Violence reporting, awareness, protection, and data-collection app developed under Community Engagement GLOBAL MISSION.

Its purpose is to help communities identify risks, report concerns, connect people with appropriate services, and build reliable community-level data—without encouraging citizens to investigate or confront suspected offenders themselves.

REPORT — Allow users to securely report suspected trafficking, domestic violence, exploitation, abuse, or dangerous situations.

2. CONNECT — Connect survivors and community members with verified shelters, hotlines, advocates, law enforcement, healthcare, and other appropriate resources.

3. MAP — Identify community risk areas and service locations using appropriately protected, non-identifying data..

5.Who Can Use It?

SAFE WATCH could serve:

Community reporters and volunteers

Schools and educators

Parents and families

Youth-serving organizations

Churches and community organizations

Human-rights advocates

Social-service organizations

Researchers and authorized data collectors

Community Engagement GLOBAL MISSION field teams

Most Important Principle
SAFE WATCH should protect victims and protect sensitive information.

It should not publicly identify alleged victims, publish private addresses, expose survivor information, or create a public database of suspected offenders. Reports should be handled through appropriate safeguarding and referral procedures.
For an immediate emergency, the app should direct users to contact the appropriate emergency service rather than relying on the app for urgent intervention.

SAFE WATCH Visi
“Real People. Real Data. Safer Communities.”
In simple terms, SAFE WATCH is designed to turn community awareness into organized action and responsible data—helping communities see risks, report concerns, connect people to help, and prevent exploitation and violence.
